Children have to be enrolled to attend classes. If you would like your child(ren) to participate in classes, follow the steps detailed below. Both steps must be completed before a child can attend programs at the FRC.

 1.      Complete the online form found at this link: http://frcokstate.com/page. You can complete one form for all children you would like to enroll. The form must be completed by 12pm on August 7th for your child to be considerred for programs beginning on August 19th.

2.      Attend the parent enrollment meeting on August 12th at 5:30pm. It is very important to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting. Parents that arrive more than 10 minutes late or leave early will have to attend a make-up meeting in order for their child to receive a space in programs. Childcare will be provided.

a.    At the parent enrollment meeting, we will go over policies and provide additional information about the programming we will provide.

b.    You will then sign some paperwork and will have the opportunity to ask any questions.

Once the online form has been completed, you have attended the parent enrollment meeting, and paperwork has been verified by our staff, you will be notified about the program your child will attend.  Expect to receive your email notification between August 12th and August 15th.

If you are unable to complete the online form and/or attend the parent enrollment meeting on August 12th, you will need to attend a parent meeting at a later date and enrollment may be delayed.

Children cannot attend programs until both of the steps above are complete. Children will be given a spot in programs based on availability and the timely completion of the steps.

If you have any questions or concerns about classes for children ages 4-18 years old, please email Bailey Winters at frcyfp@okstate.edu. If you have any questions or concerns about classes for children ages 0-3 years old, please email Naisha Robinson at frcyi@okstate.edu.
